WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?
You will be tasked with consistently providing high standards of cocktails and beverages. You’ll have extensive product knowledge that will mean you are able to provide excellent customer service and make educated recommendations to our guests.
In this role your responsibilities will also include:
- Delivering best in class cocktails and hot beverages.
- Upselling of beverages.
- Upkeeping restaurant standards and always keeping the bar organised, stocked and clean.
- Completing stock takes.
- Holding a strong knowledge of our operating systems.
- Following opening and closing procedures.
- Being up to date on all HS and Food Hygiene procedures.
WHAT DO I NEED?
The ideal candidate will be:
- A knowledgeable bartender with experience in a similar, fast paced role.
- Self-motivated and have a proactive approach.
- Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Willing to learn.

Graduate Cambridge is a boutique hotel inspired by the prestigious University of Cambridge and its surrounding town. Our offering focusses on seasonal, East Anglican produce cooked over open flames and our team is led by Exec Chef, Chris Mouyassi. The kitchen brigade also services our bustling Garden Bar and deliver restaurant quality banqueting food to our events guests.
