Job description
Our busy facilities team are recruiting an experienced Building Services Manager who will be responsible for the management and maintenance of Coin Street’s hard services across our 13-acre site which includes the iconic Oxo Tower Wharf, our conference centre, cafes, bars and restaurants, our parks, and the riverside walkway, plus our award-winning co-operative housing and our family and children’s centre.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Significant experience in an engineering facilities role within multi building services.
- Duly qualified (minimum HND) in mechanical or electrical engineering demonstrable extensive trade experience.
- Evidence of introducing or managing an asset management process, understanding condition survey and producing a cyclical repair and replacement programme.
- Experience of Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM).

Contract
Permanent, 35 hours per week (with flexibility to be able to attend emergency call outs on evenings or weekends when required).
We offer hybrid working, but the post holder will be required to work flexibly and expected in the office/on-site for at least 4 days per week, with 1 day working remotely.
Salary
£51,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
