An exciting opportunity has arisen at John Charles Centre for Sport for the position of receptionist.

We aim to recruit enthusiastic and motivated people for all aspects of our business. As one of our strongest assets we focus our attention on the people we employ, by providing training and continual development.

Purpose of the Job will be:

To deal with all initial front of house customer issues, sales and conveying a caring attitude to all users of the centre and to assist in the provision of the Centre’s administrative support.

You should possess:

Ability to deal effectively with customer enquiries both face to face and on the telephone

Able to accurately record information

To possess excellent communication skills and good numeric skills

Able to use a computer competently

To provide a quality service to our customers

Knowledge of basic principles of customer care
