FLEET MANAGER/HEAD CHAUFFEUR

Essential Requirements: Clean UK Driving licence, previous UHNW private family driving experience, high end luxury car Central London driving & multiple car fleet management experience, flexible and adaptable, discreet and immaculate personal presentation

We are seeking an experienced Chauffeur/Fleet Manager, to drive a VIP Principal and care of a fleet of luxury vehicles, together with several smaller cars kept at the residence. The candidate should have high levels of staff management experience looking after a team of 6-7 staff members.

This is a part-residence household, where normal working hours are from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is essential when the family are in residence for a few months annually. An ability to deal with the quieter, routine times and then step up to longer hours is essential.

The candidate should have an excellent knowledge of Central London and be able to get the principal, their guests and core team to functions and events in a timely and efficient manner.

This candidate will have previous high level/VIP chauffeuring experience and staff management skills, and superb manner. Candidates Should have a proven track record of having worked as a chauffeur/Head of transportation for a UHNWI with other drivers under his/her guidance. Previous long-term position essential.

Essential Requirements

  • Clean UK Driving Licence.

  • Staff management for part time chauffeurs

Experience in dealing with fleet management issues. All vehicles must

  • Kept in immaculate condition
  • Taxed
  • MOT
  • Fully insured
  • ULEZ and CC compliant and registered
  • Have regular fluid checks to be conducted
  • Regular maintenance and servicing as per manufacturers recommendations and warranties

Salary in the region of £45-50,000 per annum. (HU3893)
