Job Title Receptionist/Administration
Reporting To Joint Managing Director
Job Purpose
To act as the first point of contact for anyone dealing with the company.
Main Duties
- Welcome visitors as they attend the premises referring them as appropriate.
- Answer and direct phone calls as appropriate.
- Deal with any queries that come to reception in a timely manner.
- Accept and sort all post and deliveries.
- General administrative support as directed.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area.
- Any other related tasks that may arise in the course of employment.
Person Specification
Essential
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Knowledge of computer office programs.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Polite, helpful telephone skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Desirable
- Experience in a Receptionist/Administrative role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,930.00-£21,840.00 per year
