Job description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at a luxury 4* Hotel near Hyde Park. As a Receptionist, you will work an average of 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.05-£12.50.
The ideal candidate will be well presented with an exceptional telephone manner, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in admin tasks, and prior experience using the Opera booking system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival
- Handle bookings and payments both in-person and over the phone
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
- The answer, forward, and screen phone calls
- Sort and distribute mail
