Reception Supervisor

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Reception Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of receptionists, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel reception, ensuring high standards are met.
- Provide guidance and support to the reception team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences, including room reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the occupancy levels and revenue of the hotel and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment procedures are followed.
- Monitor and manage the hotel's online reputation by responding to guest reviews and feedback.

- Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation and management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
