Job description
Job Title: Cleaner
Responsible cleaner wanted to undertake the regular after hours clean at a friendly, local nursery
Cleaner will need to be onsite between 5pm and 6pm to gain access. The shift is 2.5 hours and then leave, following a locking up procedure.
All cleaning equipment on site. Full support given
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize toilets/bathrooms
- Empty rubbish and replace bags
- Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Wipe down surfaces and remove stains
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning is required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12.5 per week
Salary: £12.06 per hour
