Established for over 40 years and with flourishing salons in 5 exclusive locations including Chelsea and Notting Hill, we are looking for someone to join our Front of House team.

The role:
- Dealing with client enquiries and appointment bookings in person and over the telephone
- Replying to emails promptly
- Taking payments for services and retail products
- Cashing up at the end of day
The candidate:
- Must be able to work Saturday's & Sunday's
- You must have experience in a face to face, customer based environment
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding service
- You will have excellent spoken and written English
- You will have a confident and very polite telephone manner
- Previous salon experience would be a bonus but not essential as training is given.
- Our booking systems are all computerized so a knowledge of a keyboard and basic computer skills are a must

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
