We are currently recruiting for a Roaming Front Office Support (Maternity Cover) – Hand Picked Hotels – UK & Channel Islands.
£31,865 per annum with accommodation and meals provided. All travel paid. Any additional hours will be paid at the hourly rate of £15.32.

About the role:
In this Roaming Front Office Support role you will be employed on a full time basis with Hand Picked Hotels and will travel around our hotels in the UK & Channel Islands completing assignments from 2-12 weeks at a time.
You will assist the assigned hotel by ensuring the Front of House department is operated effectively and efficiently, training and supporting team members to deliver an outstanding guest service experience to our Hand Picked standards. Whilst working on shift, on your own or alongside a team member.
This is a full time Maternity cover contract till September 2024.
About you
- You will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a Hotel Front Office Team, with a minimum of 1 year experience at a Supervisory or Management level, ideally in a 4 or 5 star luxury hotel environment.
- You will be confident using Opera and able to get started after an introduction and induction into the way Hand Picked do things
- You’ll have the ability to coach and train team members, giving feedback and guidance to support the department and assigned hotel in delivering the Hand Picked brand standards
- You’ll have the ability to make an immediate positive first impression and quickly build a rapport with the team you will be working with.
- You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with our guests and be passionate about making them feel relaxed, indulged and inspired
- You’ll be fully flexible with regards to hours and shifts worked and ready to travel on an assignment basis
