Role Overview


Would you like the chance to work at one of our modern and pristine locations in London? If so this could be the role for you as you will be representing us at our upscale site. You will work in an established reception and concierge service and you believe first impressions count and you take great pride in being known for your attention to details and service excellence. Your vision is to create a reception/concierge service that’s unique, bespoke and tailored to our clients’ requirements with a focus on superb customer service.


We are looking for someone that want to join our fast growing team, believes in great customer service and is committed to delivering the high level of performance Reception UK are known for.


You will be required to be:


  • Presentable


  • Previous receptionist experience is preferred but not essential


  • Reliable


  • Trust worthy


  • Dedicated in providing a high standard of Reception Services


Job Duties to include:


  • Meeting and Greeting Clients


  • Following the specific tenant requirements regarding Visitors


  • Manage day to day running of the reception area


  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post


  • Following the correct procedure for couriers and deliveries inc site specific procedures


  • Liaising with the tenants and the client


  • Managing the maintenance of the building ensure the building is kept to a high standard


  • Reporting any site issues to the correct contact


  • Answering the telephone and emails in a professional manner


  • Key Management


  • Providing the correct information/equipment to contactors if needed.


Daily duties include:


  • Building Management responsibilities
  • Meet and greet all visitors, clients and personnel
  • Organising parking spaces
  • Sending all visitors to the correct floors
  • Ensure the reception desk runs smoothly
  • Emailing
  • Telephone usage
  • Reporting any faults to the Client and necessary personnel
  • Liaising with the client and onsite security
  • Daily admin as and when requested to do so
  • Daily building checks to ensure health and safety is adhered too
  • Efficient communication and administration skills
  • Plus any other business the arises throughout the day
