Job description
As a receptionist you will be manning the front desk at our client's site in Leicester. This will be a great opportunity to join our wider team here at G4S. No two days will be the same but this is what makes this role interesting and you will be working within a great team.
Responsibilities
- Manning the Main reception office on site
- Answering telephone calls and operating the switchboard
- Receiving visitors to site, processing their badges and alerting the person they are visiting
- Booking Taxis for visitors and Staff
- Receiving small parcels and recording them in the register and contacting the members of staff to collect them
- Operating a Help Desk for any faults within L2, L1 and L offices and the Visitor Centre. All faults to be recorded on the Agility maintenance database
- Responsible for the Visitor File and Caterpillar book during Emergency evacuations
Training will be provided
About you
You will have admin experience in a similar role but training will also be provided so that you understand the client's bespoke business needs.
Due to the recruitment process that we follow at G4S, we do need to ask some questions for security and compliance purposes, but don’t worry - you will only need to complete them once.
