With the summer holidays approaching, we are looking to welcome some new people into our team! You need to be keen to thrive and learn in a friendly, active and busy environment as we approach the busiest part of our year.
You will be trained to work and confidently monitor the various activity areas with the trampoline park, where you will be responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the jumping areas whilst providing a friendly, responsible service to help create a safe and enjoyable jumping experience for our customers. You will also be trained to operate and work within our reception, greeting and serving customers before they begin their session with us.
You must be available to work Saturdays and Sunday. School holidays/ half term.
Over the summer holidays there is opportunity to pick up plenty of extra shifts that suit you beyond the required Saturday shift.
The role includes:
- To welcome customers into the building, ensure they are checked in correctly and ready to safely take part in their session
- Operate the tills and serve all customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Interact with customers to ensure they have the best possible experience
- Communicate and enforce all park regulations and rules to ensure the safety of all customers, making sure that rules are being adhered to and customers are partaking safely within their ability
- Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the arena to the supervisor/ duty manager on shift for appropriate maintenance to take place
- Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate with your training, including First Aid incidents
- Conduct daily checklists and inspections prior to the opening of the park, and again once closed
- Help maintain a high level of cleanliness across all areas of the building

- Be open to additional training in other areas of the business (suitable to you) such as; Party Hosting, Business Administration, Food and Beverage.
- Be available to work weekends
Full training will be provided, including COSHH, Manual Handling, and First Aid.
