Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work as Front of House at our friendly care home based just outside Peterborough in Eye.
Work hours are 5 days a week between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Main Duties include
Answering the telephone and assisting with queries as required
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Providing general administration support to the Manager and the care team, this will include the co-ordination, collation and filing of daily paperwork, arranging meetings, ordering of supplies.
Education/Experience:
· Strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
· To possess excellent, calming and professional telephone manner
· Able to work on own initiative as well as being a team-player
· Be able to demonstrate commitment to equal opportunities and diversity
