Job description
The successful candidate must have a pleasant phone voice, friendly, reliable, organized, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, problem solver, must be able to work with little supervision and have excellent communication skills. Candidate must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years reception experience preferred with stable work history. MUST have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual a plus! Customer Service experience a plus!
Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday to Friday.
