Looking for someone to create a good impression. Our receptionists are usually the first to meet our customers. The guest experience starts with you. The reception desk is often the first port of call for any general enquiry. We welcome any guest interaction and see it as an opportunity to shine and deliver exceptional service. With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure our guests receive a warm welcome and the highest customer service as soon as they step foot through our doors. Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring a courteous and efficient process of checking-in, completing the correct registration procedure including offering a tour where appropriate and explaining how a stay with us works.
Receptionists at Eden very often have a bit of cleaning and tidying up. Also expected to help at weddings if required. Filing duties, making posters, making teas/coffees. Answering phones.
Hours are 9am to 5pm on a Friday and Saturday with potential for extra shifts

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
