We’re looking for an organised Receptionist to join our team
5 days a week / Part Time / Full Time
About the role
We believe that first impressions count, and that excellent customer service should begin the moment our customers enter the showroom. As the receptionist you will be the welcoming face to greet our face-to-face customers warmly while also helping customers over the phone in a professional manner. You will deliver excellent customer service whist staying on top of your general duties and managing showroom standards with enthusiasm and a smile
Day-to-day duties
· Acting as a first point of contact for customers in person and on the phone
· Making sure the customer areas are kept tidy and presentable and that our customers are well looked after
· Working proactively with all departments
· Managing a large volume of customer calls, dealing with enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Essential skills
- Fantastic communication skills.
- A high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and work accurately, even under pressure.
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £19,000.00 per year
