We at the Borough Broth Co. are committed to creating the very best quality organic products in the British Isles with our soups and broths!We have a great opportunity for a responsible Production Operative to join a busy and fast growing team.We are looking for someone who:has had some experience in working in the food manufacturing industry or warehousing.You must be comfortable dealing with all raw/cooked bones and meatsexcellent communication skillshas a passion for foodfocuses on the task at-hand and is drivenhas attention to detailswilling to broaden one's horizonis punctualtakes pride in progressing up within our Companyis very flexible (you need to be available for early & late starts)capable of lifting ingredient containers, weighing up to 25 kg numerous time throughout the day or some lifting of productsability to commute to London GreenfordYou will:be responsible for general production duties (preparation of the ingredients and our soups and broths)ensure that packing is in line with the company quality standardsensure products are stored safely and food hygiene is adhered toclean down production equipment and storage facilities after usecarry out quality checks of productsBenefits:London Living Wage PayPerformance bonusesPaid holidays (28 days including bank holidays)Monday-Friday*8-hour shifts*Room to grow and progress if that's what you wantTrainingYou will be part of a small team that can become your familyLocation: Greenford.
