We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join our developing Clinical Negligence team in Sheffield.
An enthusiastic candidate, keen to develop their legal career at one of the UK’s leading law firms is sought for a role supporting a growing team of Clinical Negligence fee-earners.
The role will involve attending to administrative tasks, such as sending post, collating documents and preparing bundles, uploading and downloading documents, submitting ‘after the event’ insurance applications, organising conferences and managing diaries, closing and opening files and digital transcription.
It will be an opportunity to work with the wider legal team, gain knowledge of specialist legal services, participate in business development activities and there will be scope for career development.
The candidate should be adaptable, comfortable with using technology, hardworking and keen to develop. The candidate should possess an ability to show initiative and have excellent communication skills.
This position is well suited to those who have experience of administrative or secretarial positions within a law firm.
