Eye and Heath is looking for a full time receptionist in the east village. We are looking for someone reliable, able to commute without a problem and with experience working in a fast paced evniroment. Day to day job duties are as follows:
- Answering calls, scheduling patients and checking in patients for their appointment times.
-Locating patients charts and dispensing patient orders.
-Sycnronizing doctors schedules ensuring operations run smoothly
- Transferring phone calls to the correct departments.
- You will be the first point of interaction.
*Many of these duties will overlapse with incoming calls and patient walk-ins so it's very important to be able to multitask and work under pressure.*
Again, We are looking for a person able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and attend to responsibilities in a timely manner.
