Looking for an experianced Dental Receptionist for either part time and full time, in the heart of east Dulwich high street Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent customer service skills?

Ideal key skills for the Front of House role:

· Well presented

· Bubbly & friendly

· Computer & IT literate (microsoft word, gmail)

· Articulate and fluent in the English Language (both written and spoken)

· Confident, calm under pressure and able to multitask

· A team player

· Highly-organised

· Able to work on their own initiative

· Have past experience working in a front of house/customer service role

· Amazing at giving excellent customer service, going above and beyond

· Must be able to work one Saturday a month

· Polite and professional on calls and used to working with call switchboard functions.

· Able to confidently take payments, use card machine

Responsibilities:

  • Offering patients a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
  • Greet patients in a friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and verify prior appointments.
  • Scans documents
  • Maintain patient files
  • Discussing patients’ needs, available treatment options and their costs.

Bonus scheme available of earning an additional £200 a month!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
