Job description
Daniel Galvin, one of London’s premium hairdressing companies, requires a receptionist for its Selfridges Salon to work as part of the Front of House team providing exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors to the Salon.
This position involves:
- Meeting and greeting each person who walks into the salon
- Answering incoming calls – making appointments on the salons software and answering queries
- Capturing new client data
- Generally assisting clients with any questions or queries they may have
- Recommending suitable products (training given)
- Using a bespoke software program to input client data accurately/book appointments
- Implement both start of day and end of day till reconciliation procedures
Person Specification:
- Must be outgoing, confident, polite with excellent presentation and a positive attitude – a people person.
- Reliable with a great work ethic
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Hours:
- For the Selfridges Salon must be prepared to work a 40 hour week on a shift rota basis with the earliest start time being 09:30am and the latest finishing time being 10:30pm across; Monday – Sunday. Some weekends essential.
