Crown Uniform & Linen is seeking an Business Development Executive with a specific focus on the Biotech & Life Sciences industry.
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with Crown's most significant and high-potential clients. Your primary objectives will include identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities, creating account plans, and achieving company goals. Your role will concentrate on the sales of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Biotech/Pharma wear. Success in this position will be measured by revenue growth per account across various PPE product lines, effective execution of the company's strategic objectives, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professional sales practices.

- Analyze existing account potential and generate new business by initiating, developing, and closing sales.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts by assessing current business, conducting interviews with key customer personnel and internal staff, and evaluating additional needs.
- Build relationships with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
- Present product and service enhancements, introduce new offerings, and address objections to close sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to PPE and Biotech solutions by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and networking.
- Enhance the reputation of the department and the organization by taking ownership of new requests, identifying opportunities to add value, and consistently accomplishing goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to their needs.
- Assist in monitoring long-range product planning and contribute to the development of new products.
- Maintain a consistent corporate image across product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
- Prepare periodic sales reports to track sales volume, potential opportunities, and proposed expansion of the client base.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in account management
- Experience working in the Biotech/Life Sciences industries
- Demonstrated success in business management
- Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions based on their specific needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to and support organizational changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation:
The base salary for this position is $75,000, with a competitive earnings and bonus structure. On-target earnings are expected to be $100,000+
