We currently have a Service Technician vacancy for a hardworking and dedicated individual covering South East areas of Twickenham and Slough. You will be responsible for providing post-sales/implementation technical support services to customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responding to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advising customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. You will be a team player with the ability to build good relationships with internal and external contacts and effectively manage challenging situations. Printer/MFP experience is essential for this role.
