This position is initially to be based from the UK, with frequent home office option - we will leave you freedom for work.
Working at NTT
- Provides administrative support to the Regional Director - Europe, calendar and travel management
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
- Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
- Prepares presentation materials for the board of director meetings.
- Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
- Requires a professional certification or equivalent experience in working with senior-level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries.
- Easy to approach/open personality
- As you would work together with basically anyone from the enterprise, a great stakeholder management skill is essential
