We’re looking for a part time Operations Assistant to join our team as a contractor and work closely with our founder to ensure the day-to-day studio operation runs smoothly, providing an excellent experience to both our clients and our coaches. This job is remote however some flexibility is required from time to time for in studio working days.
Your role:
- Manage the day-to-day schedule of the studio, including staff, client, and founder schedules
- Manage the lifecycle of a client from consultation to onboarding and offboarding
- Manage the lifecycle of a coach from interview to offboarding
- Create and manage email marketing and communications
- Design social media posts using Canva
- Keep our social media pages up to date
- Ensure the website reflects the current studio offerings and content is regularly reviewed and updated
- Document the studio's processes and keep all documents up to date
- Exporting our financial data each month, to update our P&L on excel

- Are able to communicate information clearly and concisely through our comms whilst remaining warm and approachable at all times

Hours
- 12 hours per week paid at £15 per hour working split hours across Monday-Saturday or Sunday
- Choice of weekend working day- either Saturday or Sunday as preferred
- Able to work in the mornings
