The opportunity:
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will be responsible being the first point of contact for clients both in person and on the phone
The role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining security for the building, issuing passes to visitors and maintaining the visitors’ book
- Notifying appropriate people of visitors
- Tracking people arriving for appointments and when they exit the building
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs
- Ensuring meeting rooms are left clean and tidy
- Providing refreshments for meetings
