Come and join our exciting Reception team that is located in the stunning historic four-star hotel situated in 500 acres of beautiful parkland. We are part of No Ordinary Hospitality Management that have several sites across the UK including the St Mary’s Guild hall which is a heritage site located in Coventry city’s historic Cathedral Quarter. We serve fantastic customer service, delivering great value and personable service with incredible views and individual character and style. Although the checking in and out of guests is of course an important part of the job, this role entails so much more. You are integral to the hotel when it comes to delivering amazing customer service for our guests, which means you can make one of the biggest impressions and help make our guests feel welcome and at home. You will have the opportunity to make someone’s day – every day. Your primary objective is to create a fantastic and memorable experience for all our guests leaving them to want to come back again.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual that will share the true passion of the ethos of No Ordinary Hospitality Management to help us deliver the best customer service. This will include shift patterns that may vary including evening shifts. Experience is desired but not essential as training will be given and we develop individuals to be the best they can be and help them along their career paths but personality and enthusiasm is a must.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS A RECEPTIONIST YOU'LL...

· Must be able to work well individually and in a team

  • The ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holiday
  • Greet look after our guests so they go home happy

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the shift

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shifts
  • Weekend work
  • Evening shifts
