Cobb Technologies is looking for a lively, organized, customer-service oriented individual to join as our full-time receptionist! They will be based out of our Headquarters in Glen Allen, VA.

You will be the face and voice of Virginias top leading technology company where exceptional customer service and professionalism is a must. We are looking for someone who is capable of greeting guests and employees daily, handling all mail and statements at the front desk as well as taking care of the cleaning/stocking needs of the front desk and employee breakroom.

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Handle all phone, email inquiries and visitors in a professional and extremely pleasant manner.
• Prepare invoices for mailing.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Take stock of and order any necessary office supplies.
• Straightening up the employee breakroom at the end of each day, and restocking refreshments.
• Assume any additional duties that may be assigned.
• Follow company policies.
