Job description
A vacancy has arisen for a part time receptionist primarily based at our Goole office.
Primary Working hours are
- Thursday 9am to 4.30pm
- Friday 9am to 4.30pm
The role will include:
- Dealing with members of the public for incoming births, marriages and deaths and classified advertisements
- General reception/switchboard duties
- Daily cashing up and reconciliation
- Some administration work requiring basic computer skills
Must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Must be able to drive and have own vehicle
Must be flexible as holiday and sickness cover is essential for Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at both Goole and Selby offices
