Job description
We are currently seeking a full time receptionist with similar previous experience to work at our busy Newcastle Upon Tyne office.
Duties include:
- Greeting clients
- Passing on messages
- Booking appointments
- Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy
- Dealing with stationery and other administrative tasks
- Supporting fee earning staff
- Answering internal and external telephone calls
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
An ideal candidate would possess:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organisation and administration skills
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to adapt to new systems
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good IT skills
