Hours: 15 hours per week - two full days of 9.00 am-5.00 pm (with half-hour unpaid lunch break) including Friday, plus either Monday or Thursday.
Pay: £10.90 per hour (£8,502 per year based on 15 hours per week)

This isn’t just a receptionist role.
This is a CCP receptionist role.
In the morning you could be welcoming the trustees to the monthly board meeting, in the afternoon you could be supporting our community pantry project and making a difference in the lives of people accessing our services.
This is an exciting time as we are currently renovating our head office building to improve the environment for our workforce and those we support.

You will be joining a team of our engine room staff (People Services) whilst supporting our frontline service in this essential receptionist/helpdesk role.
Could this be you?
Being part of a reception team covering Monday-Friday 9am -5pm your focus will be to:
Oversee Head Office reception, ensuring a tidy, presentable and welcoming environment.
Meet and greet visitors and people accessing CCP services.
Co-ordinate Meeting Room diaries and ensuring Meeting Rooms are prepared for use.
Support CCP Pantry Service by receiving and processing food donations, managing the flow of Pantry visitors through reception, signposting to external agencies if required.
Process incoming and outgoing post.
Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls.
Ensure Health & Safety requirements are adhered to, including managing Visitors Book, Fire Alarm Tests, programme security fobs, allocation of keys.
Maintain confidentiality and security on and behind the reception desk.
Support with administration duties as required from services in the building.
