We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly growing team at Cadbury Dental Practice. We are a busy family run NHS/Private Dental Practice based in the heart of Bournville, Birmingham, B30

We are looking to recruit a full time Dental Receptionist.

Working days are Monday - Friday

You will be required to work a late night and a Saturday on a rota system.

Previous experience of dental reception is preferred

The role:

• greeting patients - providing an excellent first impression
• answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries
• booking and amending appointments
• supporting the team including dentists, hygienists, nurses and managers
• admin duties
• taking payments and cashing up at the end of the day
• understanding and complying with Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Confidentiality, Complaints, Information Governance etc and all practice policies
• making patients aware of our services

Applicant must be:

• organised and able to run a busy reception and admin duties

• efficient and accurate
• excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Birmingham B30 2AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
