BT are looking for a Contract and Commercial Manager where we’ll empower you, to empower our business units.
The Contact and Commercial Manager manages team enabling efficiency and resiliency to ensure the group continues to drive fulfilment to its internal and external stakeholders through delivery of partnership commitments, and positioning BT Group with select partners existing within the sector or sector related services.

What will the role involve as our Contract and Commercial Manager?
- Manages strategic partnerships with key suppliers, driving vendors in efforts to continuously improve overall supply chain efficiency and costs.
- Manages a team that executes critical supply chain tasks including the negotiation of prices, terms of payment, delivery and establishment of purchasing contracts.
- Coordinates the identification and adoption of best practices and ensure consistency where possible, and routinely communicates with key business and external stakeholders to align supply chain activities.
- Manages teams to follow quality, cost, delivery performance scorecard on key suppliers and records, measures and publishes statistics regarding vendor performance alongside capacity audits and robust action plans.
What are we looking for in our Contract and Commercial Manager? You may have a variety of the below;
- Degree level education or equivalent business management qualification with relevant level of experience.
- Expertise in Supply Chain industry
- Achieved or working towards relevant external certification
- Strong leadership and coaching experience
- Customer management capability
- Exceptional commercial / contract capability
- Proven financial acumen
