Job description
We are looking for a part time Beauty Therapist / Sap Receptionist to join our team.
The Laguna Health & Spa comprises of a full gymnasium, 20 metre chlorine-free indoor swimming pool, Spa Pool, steam room, studio and 8 massage & treatment rooms offering Pevonia products.
As Beauty Therapist/Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for providing a professional and wide range of beauty treatments and reception services to a high standard within a relaxed environment.
Duties Include:
Massage, facials and body treatments including manicures, pedicures and intimate waxing
Promotion of products and meeting sales targets
Providing information on products and treatments
Reception desk duties, including answering the phone, handling enquires, taking bookings and related administration.
Complying with H&S policies and procedures
You will need:
To be available to work at the weekend
To be able to project a professional image
Have NVQ level 2 Beauty Therapy and ideally working towards level 3 or equivalent
Related work experience
Strong Customer Service Skills including fluency in English
To be numerate, literate and have excellent verbal communication skills
To be well organized, methodical and have attention for detail
Be able to work a variety of shifts between 7 am and 9 pm
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 -32 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour

- Beauty spa: 1 year (preferred)
- Beauty salon: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (required)
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (preferred)
