The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Spa Receptionist responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:
- Provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests;
- Maintain the levels of service to the highest standards at all times;
- Be responsible for greeting guests in a warm friendly manner;
- Be a true ambassador for excellent service;
- Deal with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face to face or over the telephone.
The successful Spa Receptionist will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment;
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about customer satisfaction and endeavour to create the perfect customer Spa experience;
- Be motivated, welcoming and highly organised;
- Work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate guest flow and bring good administration skills;
