We have an exciting opportunity to join us in the role of Project Controls Analyst on the MEH Alliance, working on the Hinkley Point C construction project. This is an excellent development opportunity for some one seekign a career as a Project Controls Engineer.
Main Duties:
- Support the operation and maintenance of the ProCon system which is utilised for capturing the construction progress from the on-site construction activities.
- Liaise with Site Supervision and Area Leads to ensure allocation sheets all submitted in a timely manner and data verified & validated prior to system load.
- Supporting ProCon Lead.
- Liaising with the necessary stakeholders in construction, planning and project controls.
- Ensuring construction teams provide progress data in a timely manner.
- Provide and demonstrate a positive commitment to Right first-time reporting.
- Deliver Construction Progress/Productivity Reports.
- Deliver Utilisation and Complexity reporting.
- Accurately load ProCon with Task order information.
- Reconcile/Load Task order Compensation events etc. into ProCon.
- Support the use of the ProCon system to support the construction works and progress reporting of the MEH Alliance.
- Demonstrable experience of learning and utilising software applications.
- Some relevant experience in a construction environment involving liaising with multiple teams, data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, using own initiative
- Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with other teams/functions

NG Bailey on the Hinkley Point C Project
We are working across both Hinkley Point C units to deliver the infrastructure that will power the station and its operations, creating 1,000 jobs including many specialist engineers. Works include the design and installation of circa 76,000 cables totalling over 3,000km in length; over 180km of cable containment support systems; fire and environmental sealing; design and installation of earthing systems, and specialist packages associated with data acquisition and plant control.
