The Opportunity
Day to day duties
- First point of contact for our clients and employees both in person or telephoning the office
- Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post, including franking and liaising with couriers
- Client experience areas - clean, tidy and well stocked
- Visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team
- Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general office supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Responsibility for various routine admin tasks as required.

- No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position
- Either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
- Microsoft Office skills are a must
- Be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our family
