We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our company as a Financial Analyst. This role will be a member of the Finance Team and report directly to the CFO. The team is responsible for tracking and reporting key financial information vital to our Company’s ongoing operations and success. Candidate will be involved with managing the monthly closing process, maintaining accurate data for our secure database, analyzing information trends, and compiling necessary reporting that can be presented to decision-makers and leadership within the organization. This is an opportunity to work in a “start-up” culture with tremendous potential for growth and advancement. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, 1-3 years of public accounting and/or corporate experience, and CPA credentials are strongly desired. Candidate should also have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the print facility to ensure proper accounting for inventory
• Manage data integrity of the General Ledger
• Work closely with the CFO and Director of Accounting on monthly financial closing process and financial statements
• Analyze data sets for financial indicators
• Compile and reports on organizational finances to be used by senior leadership
• Perform internal audits of budgets and expenses
• Work with external auditors on annual audits
• Ensure proper adherence to financial controls throughout the Company

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting is preferred
• Experience in Public or Corporate accounting
• CPA licensure strongly preferred
• Strong accounting software skills (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of general financial accounting (GAAP) and cost accounting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analysis skills
• Must be a team player
• Tableau skills a plus
