Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Avon Estates Ltd own and operate Park Home and Holiday Home Parks throughout the Midlands. Our Head office (and place of work) is on Stratford Parks which is situated on the picturesque banks of the River Avon one mile from Stratford upon Avon town centre. As a family run park, we pride ourselves on our unique and friendly atmosphere.
We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and well-presented Receptionist/Administrator who can work in a small team and can quickly, calmly and confidently liaise with our customers and visitors.
Responsibilities and Duties
- First point of contact in the reception hub for all existing customers, potential customers, suppliers, contractors and general enquiries.
- Operating the switchboard in a warm, confident, professional and happy manner
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails and relay messages and customer enquiries as required in a timely manner.
- Receive incoming payments and record in line with company procedure
- Meeting and greeting clients in the reception hub and ensuring clients receive VIP customer service.
- General administration support to all departments, including incoming and outgoing mail
- Administering the holiday hire and touring booking enquiries and reservations
- Receive and distribute company deliveries.
- Ensure all visitors/contractors follow company sign in and out procedure
- Maintaining office appearance, stock levels for all office equipment, stationery and uniform and replenish where appropriate.
- Accurate record keeping and uniform filing of documents.

- Someone who is passionate about delivering 5* Customer Service.
- You will be representing the company so you must have a professional attitude.
- Experienced within a Reception position and experienced in delivering customer service ideally in a corporate environment.
- Able to communicate professionally with clients, contractors, suppliers and other team members.
- Highly presentable and professional at all times.
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Willing to help out wherever necessary.
- Proactive and able to think outside the box.
- Someone who has an eye for detail.
- Is flexible, enthusiastic and can work on their own initiative as well as being a team player
- Has previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential as training is provided)
Minimum Requirements:
- Is proficient using a PC and its packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication, administration and people skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and team player
- Helpful and approachable.
- Ideally, they will have previous reception experience.
- Is organised and can priorities a busy workload
Working Hours 9 to 5 – 5 days over 7 (Mon-Sun)
Uniform will be provided
Competitive salary dependent upon experience
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
