Job Description
The post plays a key role in supporting operational staff within a Community Care setting. This includes maintaining the Social Work Information system in respect of referrals to the service and maintaining updates to changes in service delivery. Post holder will provide a customer care role, including sign-posting where required both in terms of telephony and reception provision. The post holder will also provide minute taker support where required.
Requirements
The duties of this post requires the successful applicant to complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment with East Ayrshire Council will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received. Any information that is disclosed on a basic disclosure will require to be discussed before a formal offer of employment is made.

The post is temporary until 31/07/2023.
Annual Salary - £10,647 - £11,157
Work pattern - Week 1- W / T / F and Week 2- T / F.
The workstyle for this post is ‘Flexible’ - 50-79% of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
The admin base for this post is The Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.
