Job description
Our friendly, hard working team at Asplands and Woburn Surgeries aim high. Reception is a very busy environment and the role includes responding to appointment requests and answering queries from patients either on the telephone, in person or via the website. Training will be given to empower the successful candidate to navigate patients to the correct solution. There is a great deal of patient contact and therefore a lot of opportunity for job satisfaction.
Reception: Thursday 8:00 to 18:30, Friday 8:00 to 13:30. This is a total of 16 hours.
We work in a a very supportive and collaborative environment with training provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: From £9.91 per hour
