To support our busy operations, the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences is looking for a talented Administrator with a passion for managing financial information.
The key responsibilities for this role will include working as part of a team to ensure that:
- All general administrative duties are well managed: including the servicing and supporting of meetings, managing information and the associated communications in line with data protection guidelines
- All financial administration is handled accurately and in a timely manner. In particular the raising of invoices, the collation of reports and resolving of associated queries.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an administrative team, excellent communication skills and the ability to organise their own workloads.
