Job description

We are looking for exceptional people to become Care and Support Workers who can make a difference to our users lives, we would also like you to be able drive our service users vehicles for things like going shopping, the Cinema and College.

We have recently been lucky enough to have two of oue staff put forward as finanlists in the Great British Care awards.

We create teams around our service users and so you will work mostly in one or two services, depending on the needs of those we support. We rota our staff onto shifts weeks in advance but there is always an opportunity to pick up more shifts due to Annual leave etc.

We are looking for someone who has passion, enthusiasm, and wants to make a real difference to someone's life. You will be supporting adults with every day living, some of whom require minimal support right through to those with more complex needs, such as Autism and behaviours that can be challenging.

You will help to support each individual to live a fulfilled life and remain as independent as possible. Some every day jobs could include; administering medication, going for walks, giving personal care, going to events, day cares and schools, trips to places like the zoo and the beach, Holidays plus many more!

Full, on-going training is offered along with the full support of our Team Manager and Senior Support workers, the option to complete a Diploma Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care is something we encourage and love for our employees to progress with the company.

Alongside our regular 24 hour supported living services we have also recently opened up our first Respite Service in Peterborough and there are opportunitites to work there also.

Please note we are NOT an agency and so not currently offer overseas sponserships
