Description
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Halifax office on a 6 months fixed term basis. Reporting to the Buildings and Facilities Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at our Halifax office and will manage telephone and email enquiries across all offices, so a passion for excellent customer service is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors, clients and colleagues in reception and ensure the correct paperwork and sign-in process is completed
- Handle incoming calls and pass on messages where necessary
- Manage and prepare meeting room bookings
- Monitor incoming emails to the Facilities department and other email accounts
- Oversee the car park rota
- Handle daily incoming and outcoming post and deliveries
- Assist with the new starter and leavers process by preparing packs, creating ID cards and collecting equipment
- Monitoring and ordering of stock and stationary
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Professional and friendly manner with a passion for delivering high levels of customer service
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Confident user of all Microsoft Office programmes
- Organised and proactive attitude
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
