Receptionist (PT) Job-share
Business Support Team
Horsforth, Leeds
1.00pm – 5.30pm
Monday – Friday (22.5 hours)
Must be flexible to cover holiday and sickness absence of the other Receptionist.
Front of house Receptionist handling external telephone calls and greeting visitors to the office. Admin support for the main office.
Job Description
- Answer all external phone calls and transfer to relevant extension, take messages and deal with ad hoc enquiries.
- Meet and greet visitors and clients, providing hospitality and refreshments for meetings and Directors.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, scan and distribute to relevant person.
- Make necessary room bookings for the wider team
- Arrange couriers
- General office errands

Person Specification
- A smart and professional appearance
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Front of house experience preferable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills over the phone and face to face
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- A self-starter with excellent organisational skills
- Dependable & flexible
Salary: £13,470 per annum (£22,450 FTE)
Carparking: Free on-site car parking
Holidays: 25 days excluding bank holidays - increases after 10 years’ service by 1 day per full year worked, up to a maximum of 5 additional days. BHSF health plan. 4 x salary death in service. Pension scheme.
