Job description

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our growing Rheumatology practice in our Owings Mills location. Applicant must be able to multi-task, have polite and friendly communication skills, and proficient time management skills. Prior experience in a medical office is beneficial but not required. For this position, job duties include, but are not limited to:

- answering phone calls/ voicemails

- check-in/out patients

- verifying insurances (as needed)

- collect copays/ balances

- scheduling appointments

- scanning faxes/ paperwork

- schedule physician meetings with sales reps

Shift hours are 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. Applicant must be able to reliably commute to the office on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
