Who are you?

You find welcoming people, solving problems, staying cool calm and collected and generally conversing with people a breeze! This role requires just that, from the first greeting to the, 'hope to see you again soon' departure, you understand hospitality and above all, how to make people happy.

What's the role?

• Answering phones and managing online and phone reservations
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning of arrival rooms and stayovers
• Be knowledgeable of and able to upsell additional facilities and services
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
• Being a great communicator
• Living the ACI mission and values every day, being a role model for others

Your profile:

• A natural elegance and passion for providing a friendly service that is personalised, confident and calm
• Proven background within a hospitality environment, ideally within a similar guest facing role or as a Hotel Receptionist
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with guests.
• Working knowledge of Rezlynx and OpenTable is desirable
• This role involves shift work which will include early mornings, late nights and weekends working 5 days out of 7
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status)
