Cloud Security Lead
Location: Remote UK - once a month visit to Horsham/London office

We are currently recruiting for a Cloud Security Lead to join our established and experienced CISO team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Introduction
The Cloud Security Lead reports to the Head of Cyber Engineering and Operations within the RSA CISO team. The role will play a key part in ensuring Cloud environments and controls are secure and in line with risk appetite. This role forms a critical part of the Cyber Defence function and will work closely with key functions across CISO and CIO, including our Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) teams, DevOps and our Attack Surface Management, SOC/Incident response, Threat Intelligence and Security Engineering teams. The role will lead cloud security engineering resources to ensure cloud controls and configuration remains effective, operational, and secure.
Your role
As part of the Cyber Defence team within RSA, with a dotted line into our Head of Cloud, you will be an experienced people manager with experience across a broad range of domains. Excellent knowledge of securing cloud, including Azure, AWS and hybrid environments. Alongside experience in working across a range of internal and external third-party delivery teams.
About you
You will come with a good understanding of SDLC, including Agile methodologies and act as the main conduit between Cloud Delivery teams and CISO. You are familiar with security standards, policies and strategy and experienced in building and securing cloud within highly regulated financial services environments.
