The Role
As a Receptionist, you will act as the front of house for our client site.
Specifically, you will:
- Meet and greet site visitors and complete sign in documentation
- Update TV screen and visitors messages on a daily basis
- Answer telephone call, redirect calls and operate PA system
- Carry out post room activities to include incoming and outgoing mail
- Organise shipping requests and documents
- Distribution and service of visitors packs
- Organise meeting and conference rooms booking system and service requirements
- Arrange and display visitor and site communication information boards
- Maintain overseas visitors spreadsheets on a quarterly basis
- Distribution of the stationary orders
- Booking of medical appointments
- Booking and control of company pool vehicles and taxi’s as per site requirements and procedure
- Maintain site calendar and telephone list
- Provide exemplary service to internal and external customers/clients.
About You
To join us as a Receptionist, you will need:
- To be familiar with the Staff Guide, Management Philosophy and Leadership Philosophy and live to Company Values.
- Be aware of and understand company policies.
- To take responsibility for your own Personal Development Plan (PDP) and assist in documenting good practice.
- Past experience of a customer service role or receptionist/front of house position.
- Good communication skills
- To be flexible with a broad post of responsibilities
